Your appliance operates with drinking water (cold tap water) – soft water if possible.
No, unless your appliance is equipped with a perfume diffuser system. In no event should you add essential oils or other additives to the vaporisation conduit and/or the water tank.
Before cleaning, always turn off the appliance and unplug it.
Never immerse the base of the product or the power cord and plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use detergents or scouring products to clean the appliance.
It is important to clean the water tank, the nebulisation chamber (around the ceramic disk) and the air vents underneath the appliance regularly.
Cleaning the disk: Regular cleaning of the ceramic disk prevents the appearance of scale. Do not use hard or abrasive utensils to avoid damaging the disk.
Cleaning the water tank: Remove the anti-calc cartridge (depending on model) and rinse it in clear water, then wash the tank and its cap with soapy water.
Cleaning the nebulisation chamber: Fill the nebulisation chamber with a half water/half white vinegar mix, leave it to work for 4 hours then empty it and rinse the chamber with clear water (NB, make sure that the water does not enter the blower opening).
After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre
Do not use your appliance. To avoid any danger, have it replaced by an approved repair centre.
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled. Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
